Retrovisore 3: 100 years Alfa Romeo at MECC, Maastricht in 2010

Retrovisore (Italian for rear view mirror) looks back at events I have attended in the past. This issue however is from an event I unfortunately missed. The photos are kindly provided by Michiel Witsen.

In 2010 Alfa Romeo celebrated its 100th anniversary. The kick off was in January when the Interclassics & Topmobiel classic car show in the MECC in Maastricht, Netherlands, hosted a special exhibition of Alfa Romeos. The exhibition was organized in cooperation with the Dutch Alfa Romeo owners club SCARB.

Among the cars on display there were the Tipo 12C/316 Grand Prix, Tipo B (P3), 8c 2300 Monza, 6c 1750, Matta, Montreal, Alfasud, 24HP, 6c 2500, 155 V6 TI (DTM), Disco Volante, 8c Botticella and many more.

Other slideshows of events from the past can be found at the Retrovisore page.
